I founded Peace Of Heart with a simple mission: to help people find balance in their busy lives through the practice of yoga. With over 10 years of experience teaching yoga, I've seen firsthand how this ancient practice can transform both body and mind.

My approach combines traditional yoga techniques with modern wellness practices, creating a holistic experience that nurtures your physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.
